House's rules:

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Group meetings are requested to be held avoiding noise that may disturb other guests staying in nearby buildings from 11:59 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Pets are not allowed to use the beds intended for the rest of people.
Mandatory cleaning of the barbecue by the guest after use.
It is not allowed to enter the house without having completed the online traveler registration through the link that will be sent to you by email 5 days before the arrival date.
Failure to comply with these rules will lead to the withholding of the deposit.

Reservation Policy:

Payment of 50% of the total stay at the time of booking confirmation.
Payment of the remaining amount 5 days before the arrival date.
In the case of full rental, a deposit of €400 is required, which is paid in cash on arrival and is returned on departure after checking that there have been no damages and that the rules have been met.

Cancellation policy:

In low season: The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
In High season (Easter, July, August and national bridges): The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.
The client would lose the advance amount if he cancels during the days prior to the arrival date.
The remaining amount must be paid in the Online pre-check-in (5 days before your arrival you will receive an email to register guests over 16 years of age. The number of guests to register is the number of people over 16 years.)
